Pleo handles your team's cards, invoices, and reimbursements. SaaSFlow takes your monthly Pleo export and turns every row into a categorized transaction on your P&L — card spend, supplier invoices, wallet loads, and more.
Upload your monthly Pleo export — ZIP or CSV — and SaaSFlow parses each row into a transaction on a dedicated Pleo wallet account. You can select several months at once to backfill history. Employee reimbursements come through a second, separate export from Pleo's Rückerstattungen tab.
The main export covers card purchases, supplier invoices and their payments, wallet loads, cashback, and Pleo's own fees — each row landing on the Pleo wallet account.
Pleo keeps employee reimbursements on a separate Rückerstattungen export. Upload it and SaaSFlow matches each payout to its underlying claim — out-of-pocket, mileage, or per diem — and categorizes it, instead of leaving an uncategorized payout behind.
Invoice payments inherit the VAT and categorization from their matching invoice row, so the accrual and the cash payment never double-count or drift apart in your P&L.
On your first upload, you choose which export column drives P&L categorization — typically the chart-of-accounts code. Then map each value to a SaaSFlow category once, and future uploads only ask about genuinely new values.
Map on the column that fits your accounting setup, and show readable account names instead of bare codes in the mapping picker. Your mappings are saved and reused on every upload.
Diffs are keyed to Pleo's stable expense ID, so re-uploading a month keeps every categorization, note, and assignee you added by hand. Re-export with confidence.
SaaSFlow keeps your Pleo wallet and your bank account in sync, so the cash side and the accrual side of your spend always agree.
Every wallet load is automatically matched to the corresponding transfer from your bank account, so top-ups are never counted twice on your cash flow.
With spend categorized and accruals reconciled, your P&L reflects what you actually spent and when — not a month-end approximation.
