SaaSFlow is now an official ChatGPT app

SaaSFlow is now an official ChatGPT app, approved by OpenAI and available to every ChatGPT user. Ask questions about your MRR, customers, cash flow, and any other SaaSFlow data right inside ChatGPT, no setup required.

The app is built on top of our MCP server, the same one that powers Claude, Cursor, and other AI clients. Approvals for more platforms are already in flight, so your data follows you wherever you work.

Pleo integration

Pleo users can now bring their spend data into SaaSFlow. Upload your monthly Pleo ZIP export and SaaSFlow parses every row (card purchases, invoices, invoice payments, wallet loads, cashback, reimbursements) into the right place.

Wallet loads are automatically matched to bank transfers, invoice payments inherit VAT and categorization from their accrual rows, and re-uploads preserve any categorizations or notes you've added.

Finway integration

Finway is now integrated into SaaSFlow. Two monthly CSV exports (Wallet and Belege) bring your full expense flow into your P&L: card purchases, supplier invoices, wallet top-ups, and proportional categorization across multi-payment invoices.

Kostenstelle to SaaSFlow category mappings are suggested by AI on first upload, so the typical setup takes minutes instead of hours. Wallet top-ups automatically link to the matching bank transfer, just like Stripe.

Smoothed metrics and sticky controls

Noisy month-to-month metrics like churn rate, LTV, CAC payback, MRR per customer, MRR growth rate, retention, and Rule of 40 now have a new global Smoothing control. Pick None, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month trailing average. The leading edge of every chart is averaged against real history, not partial data.

The dashboard control bar now stays pinned to the top as you scroll, and every widget shows a transparency footer with one pill per active control, so it's always obvious which controls shaped the chart you're looking at.

Maximize any widget

Every chart and table now has a maximize icon in its header. Click it to open a fullscreen view of the widget with its own controls. Ideal for presenting a single metric, sharing a link with a teammate, or just getting a bigger picture.

The URL captures the current control state, so the view you send is exactly the view they'll see. Chart animations are off app-wide, making everything feel a step snappier.

Connect AI assistants via MCP

SaaSFlow now speaks MCP, the open standard for connecting AI assistants to your tools. Bring SaaSFlow into Claude (desktop and web), ChatGPT, Cursor, and any other MCP-compatible client to ask questions about your metrics, customers, and cash flow in plain language.

Choose how to connect: run the saasflow-mcp server locally on your machine, or sign in to the remote endpoint with one click. No setup required.

Public API and CLI

Build on top of your SaaSFlow data. The new public API gives you full access to every metric, customer, subscription, and transaction, secured with OAuth or API keys.

The new saasflow CLI brings the same data to your terminal. Perfect for custom dashboards, scripts, and workflow automation. Sign in with one command and query your business from anywhere.

Granular permissions for team and API keys

Move beyond a single Owner / Editor / Viewer role. Grant teammates and API keys exactly the access they need. For example, read-only access to subscriptions without visibility into bank transactions, or write access to vendors without touching customers.

Start from a preset and adjust, or build a fully custom permission set from a simple checkbox grid. Sensitive data stays sensitive, and external integrations only see what they need to.

Integrate DATEV for payroll data

Bring payroll into your P&L. The new DATEV Payroll integration imports salaries, taxes, and social security contributions from your monthly DATEV payroll CSV, automatically categorized into the right payroll lines on your Profit & Loss.

No more manual reconciliation of payroll costs. Your P&L stays complete and your cash flow forecast accounts for upcoming payroll runs.

Faster Stripe sync

The initial sync of your Stripe data is now dramatically faster, and ongoing updates are near-instant. Whether you have a few hundred or hundreds of thousands of subscriptions, your SaaSFlow numbers stay accurate without the wait.

Behind the scenes, sync now fetches data in parallel and reacts to Stripe events as they happen, so changes in Stripe show up in SaaSFlow within seconds.

HubSpot integration

SaaSFlow now integrates with HubSpot Commerce Hub. Transactions from Stripe are automatically matched to HubSpot invoices, enabling intelligent categorization of your revenue and expenses.

HubSpot subscriptions are synced into SaaSFlow with proper handling of taxes, fees, and invoices paid in multiple payments. This gives you a unified view of your subscription data across both platforms.

Stripe Capital loan support

SaaSFlow now fully supports Stripe Capital products: flex loans, advances, and advance funding. Loan accounts are automatically created and named when detected, and archived once fully paid back.

All loan-related transactions are categorized correctly so that borrowed funds don't distort your P&L. This means your financial reports stay accurate, even when you're using Stripe Capital to fuel growth.

Cash flow forecasting

Plan ahead with the new planned transactions feature. Create planned transactions based on past patterns, recurring vendors or customers, or build them from scratch to model future cash flows.

A new visual forecast balance chart shows your projected cash position over time. Drill into any forecast period to see transactions grouped by counterparty, giving you clearer insights into what's driving your future cash flow.

Subscription billing intervals

SaaSFlow now tracks billing intervals (monthly, yearly, etc.) for every subscription event. This information is automatically imported from Stripe and displayed in subscription event tables and the subscription detail modal.

For manually managed subscriptions, you can set the billing interval and count when adding or editing events. This gives you clearer insight into how your customers are billed and helps distinguish between monthly and annual contracts at a glance.

Improved P&L total column

The total column in your Profit & Loss and Cash Flow by Category reports has been significantly improved. It now provides clearer aggregation of your financial data with better tooltip explanations that help you understand exactly how totals are calculated.

The improved formatting makes it easier to quickly scan your P&L and spot trends across reporting periods.

Merge duplicate customers and vendors

Duplicate records happen, especially when importing data from multiple sources. You can now select two or more customers (or vendors) and merge them into a single record with one click.

SaaSFlow intelligently picks the best name, combines domains and external IDs, and reassigns all linked transactions and subscriptions. This keeps your data clean without losing any history.

Lifetime value (LTV) metric

Understanding how much a customer is worth over their entire relationship is essential for sustainable growth. The new Lifetime Value metric is now available in the Subscriptions Overview, calculated as MRR per customer multiplied by gross profit margin and average customer lifetime.

Use it alongside CAC and CAC Payback Period to make smarter decisions about how much to invest in acquiring and retaining customers.

Customer enrichment with country and logo

Your customer list just got a lot richer. SaaSFlow now automatically extracts country information and company domains from your Stripe data, displaying customer logos alongside their names in the Top Customers and MRR Events widgets.

A brand new Top Countries metric on the Subscriptions dashboard shows where your revenue comes from geographically. You can also manually set or override a customer's country at any time.

Notification badge in browser tab

Never miss a notification, even when SaaSFlow isn't your active tab. The browser favicon now dynamically shows a small dot whenever you have unread notifications.

Combined with our in-app alerts, email notifications, and Slack integration, you'll always know when something important happens, no matter where you're looking.

Split transactions by percentage

Categorizing transactions is now more flexible. Instead of just absolute amounts, you can now use percentages for both tax and P&L splits.

Whether you need to allocate 19% VAT or split a software bundle 50/50 across departments, simply toggle to percentage mode. This makes handling recurring costs and complex invoices much faster and more intuitive.

Redesigned summary emails

Stay on top of your business without even logging in. We’ve completely redesigned our weekly and monthly emails to give you a comprehensive snapshot of your performance.

See all critical MRR movements (new business, churn, upgrades) alongside your net cash flow in a beautiful, easy-to-read format delivered straight to your inbox.

Top customers metric

Know who's driving your revenue at a glance. The new Top Customers metric is now available on your Home dashboard and within the Subscriptions Overview report.

See your highest-value customers ranked by (C)MRR in descending order, making it easy to identify your most important accounts and prioritize customer success efforts where they matter most.

Reorganized reports menu

Finding the right report just got easier. We've reorganized the main menu to group reports into clear sections: Subscriptions, Revenue & Expenses, and Cash flow.

The Cash flow reports have been restructured, and we've added a brand new "By Category" report that helps you plan your cash flow by breaking down inflows and outflows into meaningful categories. Navigate faster and get the insights you need with fewer clicks.

Slack integration

Your team already lives in Slack and now your subscription metrics can too. Our new Slack integration delivers instant alerts for new subscriptions, upgrades, downgrades, and churn directly into your channels.

This allows you to celebrate wins with your team when a customer upgrades, or loop in customer success immediately when someone churns. Combined with our in-app and email notifications, you'll never miss a critical subscription event again.

Learn more

Realtime subscription notifications

Stop refreshing dashboards to check for changes. SaaSFlow now notifies you the moment something happens: a new customer signs up, an existing one upgrades, or even more importantly when someone churns.

Choose how you want to be notified: in-app alerts keep you informed while working in SaaSFlow, while email notifications ensure you're always in the loop, even on the go. This is the foundation for even more notification channels coming soon.

Launching the SaaSFlow Stripe app

Connecting your Stripe account just got a lot easier. Instead of manually creating restricted API keys, you can now install our official Stripe app with just a few clicks, no technical setup required.

The app automatically requests only the permissions needed for accurate subscription analytics while keeping your sensitive data secure. Find us in the Stripe App Marketplace and get started in under a minute.

MRR by product

Wondering which products drive your growth? The new MRR by Product report breaks down your monthly recurring revenue across your entire product catalog.

Instantly spot your star performers, identify underperforming products that might need attention, and track how each product's contribution evolves over time. The product list now also displays MRR at a glance, so you can make data-driven decisions about where to focus your roadmap.

New homepage and improved reports

Your most important metrics, front and center. The redesigned homepage brings together subscription analytics and real-time P&L in one unified view: MRR, ARR, customer count, recent changes, and a P&L waterfall chart, all visible without a single click.

Every report has been refined for clarity and speed. Whether you're preparing for a board meeting or doing a quick morning check-in, you'll find the numbers you need exactly where you expect them.

Launching the first version of SaaSFlow

We are very proud to officially launch the first version of SaaSFlow. It's an all-in-one finance cockpit for SaaS companies that combines subscription analytics, real-time P&L, and future planning in one solution.

SaaSFlow is the first product that brings all these areas together. Unlike other subscription analytics tools that only focus on revenue, SaaSFlow also tracks your costs, giving you the complete picture you need to calculate critical metrics like LTV/CAC and CAC payback period.

Built specifically for SaaS companies, SaaSFlow gives you great numbers right from the start. No manual data entry, no spreadsheet calculations, no combining data from multiple tools. Just connect your accounts and see your complete financial picture.

Our pricing is based on your MRR, and companies below 10,000 EUR MRR can use SaaSFlow completely free. No credit card required, no time limits.
